How long does my order take to ship?

During peak seasons, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. We appreciate your patience!

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 6–13 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Australia. Wherever you are in these regions, we’d love to get your order to you.

What is your return policy? 

We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.

Please note: many of our pieces are custom made just for you, and those items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective — in that case, reach out and we’ll make it right. Standard, ready-made items (including select flowers and spurs) can be returned within the 30-day window as well.
